Aligning the Body, Aligning the Mind

WEEKEND WORKSHOP 15/16 December 2018

A weekend of yogic practices and sound healing to restore our inner balance and increase the understanding of our bodies and minds.

In a playful way, we will be learning how to do certain postures and what is the impact on the mind. In the end we experience a state of mind where the mind isn’t doing anything, as the doing is coming to an end. Enhancing this peaceful state of mind, the sound healing sessions balance body, mind and soul further and like an ocean of sound have a deep energetic and cleansing effect. The peacefulness and serenity experienced is accompanied by delicious food, grown and cooked with love, and the natural silence of the surroundings at Vishuddhi Alaya.
